We absolutely love grooming doodles! Their fun personalities and fluffy coats make them wonderful companions. However, doodle coats require significantly more time, care, and skill to groom properly compared to many other breeds.
Because of this, doodle grooming is priced differently and requires regular maintenance to keep your dog comfortable and looking their best.
Understanding the Doodle Coat
Doodles are a mix of breeds (commonly Poodles and Retrievers), which means their coat texture can vary widely. Many doodles inherit a combination of curly, wavy, and dense coats, which can easily tangle and mat without consistent brushing and grooming.

Grooming Schedule Required
• Grooming every 4–6 weeks
• Brushing at home several times per week
• Regular maintenance to prevent matting
